Redcord Neurac 1 Course

Practitioners use Neurac to painlessly restore movement patterns and improve function. Neurac treatment restores muscle coordination and focuses on treating the actual causes of a patient’s problem, not just the symptoms.

In this practical three-day course, you’ll learn the basic principles, exercises and techniques in the Neurac method. You’ll learn clinical testing and decision-making, treatment techniques for specific body parts and conditions, and the activation of local and global muscles. The course is founded on up-to-date research and long-standing scientific principles within exercise and active rehabilitation.

Andrew Hoare (Masters in Sports Physiotherapy) from PhysioTrain is Australia’s only accredited Redcord Active and Neurac 1 trainer. He has used Redcord in his clinic for more than a decade to successfully improve patient outcomes.
