Redcord Active Introduction Course

In this practical course, you’ll learn about resistance dosage and finding the right level of challenge for your clients. The suspension exercises learnt can be used for performance enhancement, stability training, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. The course is the basis for more specific training in Redcord Active Correctional Exercise course.

Designed for Physiotherapists, personal trainers, pilates instructors and others working in the fitness and wellness industry, the Redcord Active Introduction Course covers: 

  • A wide range of exercises for individual or group training
  • Definitions and basic principles of suspension exercise with Redcord
  • asic theory of neuromuscular control, core stability and functional strength training
  • Resistance dosage and finding the right level of challenge and resistance
  • Standing, stomach lying, back lying and side lying exercises.

Redcord Active Corrective Exercise Course

Learn myofascial chain testing and corrective suspension exercises that restore optimal muscle.

Redcord Active Corrective Exercise Course

This practical course builds on the theory and practice fro the Redcord Active Introduction Course. This course aims to expand your knowledge of suspension training using Redcord. The exercises are integrated into more advanced training, stability training, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.

Designed for Physiotherapists, personal trainers, pilates instructors and coaches the Redcord Active Corrective Exercise Course covers: 

  • Standardised tests of kinetic muscle chains
  • Theory of biomechanics, myofascial chain and weak links (muscular imbalances and weaknesses)
  • Corrective exercises to restore optional muscle integration
  • Dosage including how to use multiple dosing elements to find the right level of exercise, challenge or relief
