The suspension exercises learnt can be used for performance enhancement, stability training, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. The course is the basis for more specific training in Redcord Active Correctional Exercise course.

This practical course builds on the theory and practice fro the Redcord Active Introduction Course. This course aims to expand your knowledge of suspension training using Redcord. The exercises are integrated into more advanced training, stability training, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.

- Standardised tests of kinetic muscle chains
- Theory of biomechanics, myofascial chain and weak links (muscular imbalances and weaknesses)
- Corrective exercises to restore optional muscle integration
- Dosage including how to use multiple dosing elements to find the right level of exercise, challenge or relief
